Heidi Graduated From the Ohio State University With A Degree in Education and Holds A Master’s Degree in the Art of Teaching From Marygrove College. the Death of Her Mom Pushed Heidi To Retire From the Hilliard City Schools District After 20 Years of Service As A Special Education Teacher To Pursue Another Passion…..being Healthy. the Desire To Be Healthy for Herself for Her Children Lead Her To Nutrition Coaching and Personal Training. Heidi Is Certified in Sports Nutrition From American Council On Exercise. She Obtained Her Personal Training Certification Through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (Nasm). Besides Being A Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer, Heidi Is A Body Performance Coach. Body Performance Is A Small Group Training Program Focusing On Physical Training, Nutrition, Education and Client Support. Between the Three Roles As A Fitness Coach, Heidi Has Guided Women and Men of All Ages On Their Own Healthy Lifestyle Journey Where Proper Nutrition Was the Main Factor That Finally Allowed Their Bodies To Change.
